All our beds have hybrid tempurpedic mattresses, good quality sheets, 2 pillows per person and "bed cover”.  Bath and beach Towels are provided for you and there is A/C in all rooms.  Check-in Time is noted as 3pm and check-out is 10am, but these can be flexible if there are no guests arriving/leaving on the same day.  We also have other houses available nearby if more rooms are needed. Downtown Tulum just blocks from a dozen of the best restaurants and cafes in town.  We recommend renting a car anywhere you stay in Tulum. However you can easily get taxis on the main road and/or we will provide taxis contact so they are just a text away! You can also rent bikes in town for about 5usd per day.
