Bedroom 1. Master: 1 King size bed, full ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub, very large closet with plenty of shelves and hangers, private balcony, safe in the room.  

Bedroom 2: 1 King size bed, full en suite bathroom, closet, private balcony.  

Bedroom 3: 2 single beds  with full en suite bathroom, large closet.  

Downstairs there is also our lovely VW Combi Camper that is outfitting as a sleeping accommodation for guests, it can sleep 1-2 children/adults.  The living room couch can accommodate one adult.  All our beds have hybrid tempurpedic mattresses, good quality sheets, 2 pillows per person and "bed cover”.  Bath and beach Towels are provided for you and there is A/C in all rooms.

Head straight into downtown Tulum just blocks from the doorstep of town's best restaurants, charming cafes, and fun boutique shops. Spend a day on the incredible beaches and plan a visit to see the historic Mayan temples nearby.  We recommend renting a car anywhere you stay in Tulum. However you can easily get taxis on the main road and/or we will provide taxis contact so they are just a text away! You can also rent bikes in town for about 5usd per day.  Check-in Time is noted as 3pm and check-out is 10am, but these can be flexible if there are no guests arriving/leaving on the same day. We also have another house available nearby the property if more rooms are needed.
